3 /5 Maria Parker: I went to my appointment today 04/29/25. Everyone was very nice, and I dont have anything negative to say about this Office. What I would like to point out, is they have you fill out quite a packet of paperwork before you show up for your appointment, in this case I was a new patient, after I filled the packet out and got there, I was advised that because I had a hip replacement on my right side in December, they couldnt do anything for me at the appointment other than take x-rays... My suggestion would be that they put some type of verbiage in the new patient paperwork that clearly states if you have had a surgical procedure in the last 6 months, you will not be seen by the Dentist. It seems like it would be a very simple clerical correction on the new business paperwork. This was a major inconvenience for me.. I took time off work from my very busy job and went there thinking I was going to get my teeth looked at and hopefully a cleaning at this appointment, What I got done was just x-rays and told have a nice day.. I would have gladly waited until after 6 months if I would have had knowledge of that stipulation when I filled out the new paperwork. This is just a thought, I feel like it would be beneficial to everyone!! Once again everyone was really nice!!

5 /5 Oliver Bewsey: Emergency Visit - On Monday evening, I shattered an upper crown on something in my salad. The crown completely exposed the tooth, right down to the gum line. So completely missing. The following morning at 8:30am, I called the wonderful folks at Smile Design Dentistry in Inverness. To my surprise I was told to come in immediately, and they worked me into their busy schedule. Doctor Z and Monica were amazing! They took X Rays and explained everything, and basically said the repair was a “no brainer”. I was so happy that everything went so smoothly. A huge thanks to the kindness and very special attention I received from Monica and Dr. Z and the team at Smile Design Dentistry!

5 /5 Ari Boo: I absolutely love this place! All of the staff at Smile Design have been nothing but friendly and helpful. Theyve helped advocate for issues that Ive been trying to get fixed for over a decade. I typically have Monica as my dental hygienist, and she has truly changed my relationship with my teeth tremendously! Now I look forward to my cleanings every 6 months!! I cannot rave about them enough. Thank you Smile Design Dentistry!!

5 /5 James Roth: Excellent office and staff. All of the negative reviews seem to come from unintelligent and unreliable people that are unable to stick to their own schedules or have unreasonable expectations. From the day I called in seeking a new patient appt, they made every attempt to get me the urgent help I needed. Even when I went to a different office, they cared enough to follow up and make sure I had gotten the help needed. I ended up dissatisfied with the other dentist office (Asspen) and called in to request an appointment with Smile Design. They were able to fit me in on the same day and saw me immediately upon showing up. Given that I have the teeth of a homeless person thats been thrown down a flight of stairs and absolutely despise the dental field, I am always nervous about going to the dentist. Everyone from Lady, the OM, to the assistant, to Dr Z was fantastic and made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. They didnt give me the run around, didnt try to upsell, didnt talk finance, and just went straight to the issue I checked in for. Dr Z acted as an advocate for my health and made sure I left knowing everything that he knew. Im truly impressed and for the first time in my life, Im actually look forward to visiting this office again. Thanks guys.
