1 /5 connie williams: My complaint isn’t about the office staff just the service I was given on the procedures I was provided. I’ve been going to Smile Design dentistry Leesburg For a little over a year, the procedures that was recommended for me First was a cleaning it was painful, but having other cleanings before I expected that. Then I had the bridge done. From the beginning complained about the hole that was left with the bridge connecting with my original tooth and I was told that’s how it was supposed to be , it was left for me to be able to floss. I explained I couldn’t floss with the regular floss. because there’s no opening to thread the floss through, that I have to use A prox brush to floss the hole and it reminded me of a cavity.At My last visit on 4 /22/2025 with talking to the dental assistant about it again and she said that I should be using the loop floss and showed me how it should be used but still I was left questioning the Big opening between my teeth I thought a bridge was to close an opening between tooth’s not leave a gaping hole. As for the partial all the fittings were done and I received the partial. From the
beginning I complained about the pain it caused my gum they’d take it and do whatever procedure the felt would remedy the problem but up until of this year I was still having the painful problem from the time I’ve received the partial I’ve never worn it a full hour the entire time I’ve
Had them because of the pain.,In going in again with that same complaint the dentist remedy was to send it back to the lab to add more whatever she thought was needed and I was charged for this procedure out of pocket. I went in for to pick up the “ Improved” partial and again it hurt and irrated my gum. With every “ cause herself adjusting “ them it still hurt I was finally questioned on whether I had worn a partial before before in which to me she was implying that could be the cause of my pain.I was insulted. I thought Not wearing dentures before is not the problem It’s this denture that causing it. With my insurance and my out of pocket cost a lot of money’s was spent on procedures that didn’t help me I politely gave the partial to her and left the premises. How dare you try to lessen service you should render me to resolvie the matter and try to make the issue be the pain im having derivie from me never wearing a partial before.
