1 /5 Bob Greiner: STAY AWAY!!!!!! Two crowns with this office and left me in pain both times. Then they tried to sell me on 13 more crowns being needed. I had to have another dentist fix both teeth. DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH!!!!!!!!!!! If there was a negative star option it would have been selected.

Melisha has done a really great job at cleaning my teeth in May 2025, which I hadnt done since late 2019 and the Covid19 outbreak at my previous dentist. Melisha, I appreciate your excellent skills. 1 /5 juan Quiles: Arrive at your appointment after confirming by email and when you arrive they cancel it because the employee had an emergency, no problem, but why dont they call the patient, who also has valuable time? Besides, I had to go back 5 times previously for a crown because the dentist doesnt supervise the work and whoever does doesnt know what theyre doing. Its a shame, but theyre useless.

2 /5 Susan E: I had an emergency tooth extraction on Wednesday at the 60th St location. Friday morning, was sure I had a dry socket and needed to be evaluated. (Another emergency in my opinion). A lot of pain. The 60th St location was closed so I called the Silver Springs location which is 5 minutes away from me. They said they couldnt see me. This was 9:30 in the morning. I was told they would call around to see if another location could see me. Some 2 hours later, they said the Lady Lake location could see me...if I could get there in 20 minutes. I live 40 minutes from this location. I called this location on my way and said I could be there in 35 minutes. They said the doctor would be gone. They wouldnt wait for me. Then I was told a Rx would be called in for me...not sure what. That didnt happen either. All of these scenarios are unacceptable. What Im dealing with is a serious complication from the extraction. My only choice now is to go to the ER. I will be sending Smile Design the bill.

5 /5 Terri Judy: Smile Design Dentistry is by far one of my best experiences at the dentist. The dentist and staff are amazing! My hygienist and Wanda, my dental assistant, are top notch! The staff are friendly and accommodating. I am now retired and have Medicare dental insurance and Smile Design was an option. Both my husband and I came and knew we made the right choice! I have been able to get dental work done I have been putting off for years! The doctors listen, give options, and consulted with me until I felt comfortable with my decision on my dental care. Highly recommend!
