Paulette Jabot The staff was very nice. I cant say anything negative about anyone working there. This is unfortunately no different then going to a used car dealership. They try to add things to my bill before I was even seen. I told them I would not pay for any extras. Then after the exam I was told I needed almost $2500 for ridiculous items they wanted to do. Ive gone to the dentist every 6 months and have had no issues. I tried this place and suddenly I have lots of issues they can fix...nothing is covered by insurance of course. I would stay away from this place. Not a honest dentist. Just a organized money grab.

N D I was optimistic about finding a dental office close to home that would meet my needs. I scheduled routine visits for both myself and my child in advance. However, before our scheduled appointments, I experienced significant pain and had to request an emergency visit for a wisdom tooth issue. While the staff were exceptional—kind and friendly—the dentists bedside manner left much to be desired.
During my visit, an extraction was recommended, and I received a referral to their onsite oral surgeon. I asked straightforward questions about what to expect from the extraction, as I have never had any teeth pulled before. The dentist, however, informed me that he didnt know and had no information to provide. I expressed my desire to be proactive and prepared and requested any insights he could offer, even from his training in dental school. He still did not deliver any valuable information and concluded our visit with a dismissive "good luck with that." This response is unacceptable.
The office’s website touts the providers passion for dentistry, but that was not reflected in my experience. Furthermore, the website claims he handles various dental procedures, including restorations, crowns, dentures, and surgical extractions. Yet, in my case, he failed to provide basic information about the extraction process.
This was my first visit, and I expected a higher standard of care. As a result of this experience, I decided to cancel any future appointments and seek dental care elsewhere. Its clear to me that my concerns were not valued, and I will not be returning.

Thome-Brown Carol (CJTHOBRO) Last Fall I went to Sage for a crown on my #18 tooth. Doc was so rough, I thought he had broken my jaw. A month later, the crown came out. I thought it wierd that doc said it would happen again, and sure enough, not 3 months later the crown broke off. I went to another dentist and x-rays showed broken crown and the dentist at Sage did not do the core correctly and it would have to be all redone. I wrote Sage a letter, including pics of the broken crown and said I wanted a refund. I also sent pics to my insurance, who paid 40%.
Well, I just had my core worked on by another dentist, new temporary put in, but NO response from Sage for a refund and my insurance declined another claim be made. ISage you know who I am, you have my letter and proof. I was told to send the proof to the state attorney. I hate doing it but you are leaving me no choice. My neighbor has had a very bad experience with Sage, she has found another dentist as well. Be warned!
