I took their mechanic for a ride so that they were prepared for the issues with my truck, I scheduled the repair 2 weeks out because they were busy. I had to take the day off work for this appointment because this is a work truck. When I came to pick it up they had not even looked at it. This has cost me personally 300$ because I had to take time off work(unpaid) and a wasted trip to pick up the truck on a weekend. No one there knew what was going on even though I had gone way out of my way to make sure they knew what was wrong and scheduled the work. All they could offer was "Well we can reschedule". There was not even any concern or apologies.
