1 /5 Julianna H: I can’t rate their primary care because I was never able to get an appointment with any of their doctors. When I first called, I sat on hold for 50 minutes, and when staff finally answered, they said I’d have to be put in as a new patient and that would take “10-15 days to process.” They said they’d reach out to schedule my appointment after they “transition to a new scheduling system.” No one in their office called me back. Three weeks went by and when I called again, after sitting on hold for 40 minutes, they told me that they were still processing my request to see if one of their doctors would be “willing to see me.” Again, they said they’d call me back. So they say they’re taking new patients and they accept my insurance, but they and their doctors can decide if they don’t want to provide care for you and just never schedule.
