Over the past year, this church has transformed my relationship to God, to Christianity, and even just life in general in such profound ways. I am so fiercely proud to be Episcopalian and so filled with gratitude for this church, for its people, and most of all for Rev. Kate. I recommend this church most especially if you are someone who’s experienced hurt from a church in the past. This church is a place of love

5 /5 Adrienne Jamison: I do not normally find myself as a godly person. With unfortunate events that have occurred with my family, I needed a place to go and just pray/talk to God. I fully went in not expecting anything to come of it. This church felt safe and being there and praying, I felt like a weight had been lifted off of me. I am honestly considering coming to this church regularly from now on.

5 /5 Wind Tree Studios: Every year, St. Johns Cathedral hosts amazing pipe organ concerts as part of The Beaches Fine Arts Series. These free concerts are open to the general public and show case some of the worlds most accomplished pipe organists. Listening to the mighty pipe organ in the beautiful church sanctuary is one of the most moving and amazing experiences to be had in Jacksonville! Thank you for opening your church to the larger community for these much appreciated, deeply enjoyed and memorable performances!

5 /5 Cindy Miller: My husband and I have been members of the choir at St. Johns Cathedral since 1981. My husband and I love the music program there. Both our former choirmaster/organist, John Barry, and our current one, Tim Tuller, are amazing musicians. It has been and is a privilege to work with both of them. We love the Anglican style choral music. I love to play my cello in the services from time to time. Our choir has made two pilgrimages to England, singing services at Ely Cathedral, Westminster Cathedral and Canterbury Cathedral. We also went on a pilgrimage trip to Washington DC where we were in residence at the National Cathedral. The congregation at St. Johns contains some of the nicest people around and we always welcome newcomers. Hope youll visit.

5 /5 Mark Dandrea: Warm & inviting. Although Im Baptist by birth, I couldnt have felt more welcomed. The minister, Rev. Mark Anderson, delivered a very encouraging & worthy message that inspires hope! Rev. Anderson shared an unforgettable story about two particular groups who were stranded out in the Arctic. One resorted to crude means of survival & only 3 survived. However, the other group cleverly appointed tasks based on ingenuity of the individuals, even assigning a minister. This bonding teamwork provided a better outcome of survival for the two groups.
