3 /5 Yvonne Montgomery: Stark is amazing and really help me in my journey of understanding my two autoimmune disorders. But the office manager is very unprofessional and lacks compassion. I call to make an appointment and to also just let them know it is hard to get hold of someone at the office at times. She became defensive and rude not wanting to address my concerns. She was more concerned about who has been writing my prescription. In an attempt to explain to her what was going on ,she kept over talking me. I asked to speak to a manager and that’s when she informed me she was the manager. I to speak with whoever was over her and she stated that there is no one. Another employee got on the that she manages and was very professional. And took care of my needs, she should be the office manager.

5 /5 Tom: Dr Stark was instrumental in moving me from barely able to walk and trouble holding a coffee cup to being nearly pain free. Aside from being one of the nicest people I have ever met, aside from always taking his time to hear me out, aside from all of that he was the doctor that worked for me after many had not. Thank you Dr Stark! You changed my life.

3 /5 Danielle Mitchell: Dr Stark is very nice but I felt like he was guessing at my diagnosis. And I dont appreciate my medication being held hostage until I get blood work. I dont play that game with any doctor so I will not be going back there. I feel that is a juvenile game and my health is not a game.

Jayda Rance: EDIT TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE: The front desk responses arent about her, yet she claimed multiple times thats shes the only one who works front desk, and claims that shes the only person the insurance company could have possibly talked to? Thats so interesting. Despite me having email proof that live nation contacted the clinic, she still denied that they ever called. She talked over me, yet was concerned about me changing my tone and said I wasnt listening to her. Then refused to speak with me any further. She kept bringing up that my prior visit wasnt workers comp, even after I told her the insurance company is already reimbursing me for it and thats not my concern (which her and I agreed on my last phone call to the clinic, that they can do). I wanted the NEW appointment to be billed as such. My toes are black from the medicine I was prescribed, and I needed a follow up to understand how long to expect it. But did not want to pay out of pocket for it, because the workers comp insurance company instructed me to return to the same clinic, and bill it as such. You saying that you cant take a workers comp appointment at this time, is still you refusing to provide care because its workers comp... ORIGINAL: Doctor was great, front desk sucks. Funny seeing all the other reviews also highlighting her rudeness. I was refused to be seen for an injury today, because I need it filed under a workers comp claim. Even though my companys insurance already told me that they called the center and gave them the claim information. I had email evidence as well, but they still refused. This was the only center out of the ones I called that had availability. I would have otherwise went somewhere else.

Mindy Weir: The WORSE HOSPITAL. The people work there are disrespectful and have a nasty attitude with the patients, I do know that they get pay really good so they must be patient and treat people properly, not like animals. I pay every time I go to the emergency room, so theyre not doing me a favor; its their job. The front desk clerk and the nurses who took my blood were complete idiots and treated me very poorly. Ill never go back to that hospital. I dont mind having to drive an hour to get to another place where they treat me properly. The worst service and the worst staff are at this hospital.

Whitney Wyatt: I found out I was pregnant about a month ago. I immediately called to try to get scheduled to see an OBGYN and was told I had to schedule a phone consult first. I just had my phone consult and I’m now 9 weeks pregnant. When they went to schedule my first appointment there was not any opening until 3 weeks from now and at that time I will have been 12 weeks pregnant and basically completed my first trimester with 0 doctor appointments. I called several times prior to the phone consult to confirm it was okay/normal to have it at 9 weeks and was assured each time they will get me in soon after that. Now, since I do not want to wait 3 weeks for my first appt with an OBGYN, I will need to see a midwife in 2 weeks if I want to be seen sooner. I’m really hoping things get better once I establish care but as of right now I am not impressed with the care and I am already going into this with many concerns. I plan to update my review once I finally establish care.

Almost every visit; problems w/ 1 or more of my medications…& I have to come back. The women are friendly and Professional. 1 very Big guy in Charge, has a very Big Head. Rude, no empathy, zero customer service.
