I got a haircut a month ago (2/11) by Chris and I was unsatisfied by the service and cut given. Since then I have called 5x times and left messages each time. I spoke with one stylist about the incident and left my name and number. I’ve also submitted two contact me forms of their website and I tried to email them with the email on the website( which is not a valid email) as well, with no response back. The lack of communication is loud.
As far as my cut goes, I asked for 1-2 inches off and to keep everything possible. I *had* very long hair but 5 inches were taken off the bottom. I did as for some long layers, and instead the majority of my hair is layers. I was and am still shocked with my hair. It was not what I asked for. In addition, when I booked I also added notes about the cut that I desired as well, so it shouldnt have been a surprise about what I wanted.
Along with my cut I paid for a deep conditioning treatment that never happened. He washed my hair for 3-4 minutes, for a service that should’ve lasted 10-15. The product they use is supposed to sit for 10-15 minutes alone which another stylist a the salon quoted to me. But not to worry, he still charged me for it.
When I got out to my car ( with very wet hair still ) I realized how much he actually cut off! I was devastated and hadn’t noticed because of how fast he ushered me to pay. In total my appointment was 19 minutes.
I want a refund and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.
