Ky took me from my long grown out red box dye hair to platinum blonde over a year to protect the integrity of my hair, then in Jan 2024 I decided red with platinum money pieces, now I’m back to brunette and am so happy with it. I love that Kylie also offers early evening appointments that allow you to get that “silent appointment” feel when you need it, or just it gives us an opportunity to gossip more! From color matching to install, their staff is so knowledgeable and they make sure my extensions look seamless every time. I love the vibe of the salon and I definitely feel valued which is so important nowadays. Scheduling is easy online and I never have a hard time getting the appointment I need. I also appreciate how involved the owner Rachel is with each guest’s experience. She really goes above and beyond.
