1 /5 Andrew Hill: They made unauthorized repairs to my jeep. No one called me to tell me what was wrong or how much it would be to fix it? They charged me $500 for what I am being told is $200 worth of work. Someone else shared a similar experience at this same shop that they way over charged for what they had done. I am leaving review so hopefully others are not taken advantage of. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS SHOP!!!

1 /5 Rijad Isabegovic: Very poor customer service. The place changes hands to a new owner every other month. They never take phone calls and they also don’t call you back when they tell you they will get back to either information. I was lied to about the warranty on my transmission. My truck was held for over 2 weeks with minimal communication through the process. You expect that when you pay $6,000 to a company, they will provide service that matches the price. Nope. Highly recommend avoiding this place.

My car was working great when I picked it up the very same day I brought it in. I would highly recommend them, as a former twenty-year customer of Summit, and now an ongoing Summit customer. 5 /5 Nab_ lwl: Summit is fast and honest. They did my timing belt, water pump and some seals in a day. Charged about what other shops would charge just for the timing belt. Would recommend them!
