Andrew Hill They made unauthorized repairs to my jeep. No one called me to tell me what was wrong or how much it would be to fix it? They charged me $500 for what I am being told is $200 worth of work. Someone else shared a similar experience at this same shop that they way over charged for what they had done. I am leaving review so hopefully others are not taken advantage of. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS SHOP!!!

Rijad Isabegovic Very poor customer service. The place changes hands to a new owner every other month. They never take phone calls and they also don’t call you back when they tell you they will get back to either information. I was lied to about the warranty on my transmission. My truck was held for over 2 weeks with minimal communication through the process. You expect that when you pay $6,000 to a company, they will provide service that matches the price. Nope. Highly recommend avoiding this place.

Debra Simpson I took my 2020 BMW to Mike to get an estimate on replacing engine/transmisson mount(s). BMW quoted me over $1,000 more. While my car was there, Mike gave me a quote to replace my rear brakes, which BMW had quoted at $150 more. Needless to say, my car repairs were done at an affordable cost. I really appreciate the great service and attention to detail. I highly recommend you check with Mike before going elsewhere.

Erica Ruiz I had an issue with my rental car, and they were able to fit me in right away. Not only were they accommodating they also put on cartoons for my kiddos to watch while we waited on the repair in the lobby. They were nice, and worked quickly on my car to get us back on the road in a timely fashion. Highly recommend !

Tim Leppert I had my 94 Range rover at your shop for almost a month and u charged me over $2000 in repairers as you said rewired the alternator, well you didnt do anything right and now has the same problem. I was patient with the period of time you had in hopes that you were working on it and it sat in the same spot for a long time untouched and had to call alot to get info from you that was usually very vague. I was warned about this place and should have listened.

It may be a small amount and petty yes but it’s companies like this that run AI scams that are ruining our country. What makes these people think they are entitled to take money that is not theirs? This is a federal offense. To the owner just know you are not above the law and I reported you for these deceptive services. Heidi Wrang Visited Pavel for the 1st time and he was amazing. Was hit on rear bumper in a shopping center parking lot and had it fixed by Pavel - good as new. Later I had a scratch from shopping cart and Pavel buffed it out for me at no charge while I waited. Such a great operation - very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and skilled people. I’d highly recommend.

Yana Maistrenko I had an amazing experience at Naples Mechanics! I called to see if they could squeeze me in to replace my brake pads, as I was hearing grinding noises. Art was incredibly helpful and quickly assessed the issue, informing me that the brake pads were metal to metal and grinding against the rotors. He offered to replace both the pads and rotors as a set, which was exactly what I needed. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Having to bring one’s car to a mechanic can be very stressful…bringing a car to a mechanic that’s trustworthy and does solid work has taken that anxiety away. I won’t bring my cars anywhere else, even for an oil change. Their location is very convenient to where I work, and the owners and employees couldn’t be nicer.
