5 /5 Paulette Whetsel: After reading the reviews of the workers being rude, I want to point out that these kids working are working to give kids a good time in the hot sun for hours. They are also part a different culture. What we perceive as rude in our culture, may not be them actually being rude. Also, while I was there, I saw a mom of twin boys yell at the poor kids working the booth. She wanted her twins to go simultaneously even though there was not two openings that started at the same time. She rudely complained stating they should have let her know that they couldn’t start and finish jumping at the same time so they could hurry up and leave. Not only is that rude to workers but that comment can keep the kids from enjoying their jumping time. When they finished, she yelled at the workers who all looked to be teens or young 20s that they ripped her off 15 seconds. She made sure everyone know she was not happy.
If you’re that women, shame on you. Not only did you take away from your own children’s fun experience, but you’re utter rudeness made you look like a complete and total idiot. Those poor kids had been working in the hot sun for hours, probably getting paid minimum wage, definitely deserve your attitude. Also, your complaint about the time not being long enough, the machine was on a timer that was present to go off. They were just following the rules. Also, you could have said thank you to the workers for working it out so your children could jump together. You were not entitled to that. Next time saying please and thank you can and will go a long way.
You may have just been tired or had a bad day, but ma’am, as I saw you act like that, I promise you, your dad couldn’t have been worse than the day that my kids and I had. We were there to have some fun on a vacation that took a horrible dark turn. We didn’t need to hear you yell and your rudeness.
To the workers, thank you for handling that situation with dignity. You guys v were awesome! I hope you all got some good rest and you should get raises for having to deal with people like like the blonde mom of twines.
