1 /5 Mike McNamara: i won’t give any stars if that was an option. i started coming to see Chelsea Pierra years ago. i was prescribed lexapro and xanax. she went on maternity leave and i won my ssdi case and got medicare. i broke my back in 8 places in2007 and have an intrathecal pain pump that injects morphine and baclofen into my spinal canal so i could tolerate pain to continue to work as Director of agronomy at private golf clubs. i called and went for an appointment to refill my meds. The Nurse informed me the Chelsea was on maternity leave for 3 more months. i asked if she could just give me same scripts as last appointment. they had 2 refills and i could see Chelse when she returned and we scheduled appointment. i went to CVS and it was no surprise that she didn’t have refills incuded. i made an appointment and went back next month for refills again. i asked what happened to refills. i told her i was wasting time and money by coming in. she told me that i just had to call and they would call in my scripts. i went to cvs again and this time I only got 30 pills when bottle says take one tablet by mouth 3 times daily. that would be 30 days x3 a day=90. i called and of course the receptionist couldn’t get a hold of anyone. i called everyday and same thing with no returned calls. this medication you are not just supposed to stop cold turkey, you are supposed to wean off. everytime i got my bottles a different Dr’s name was on the bottle. i was also getting billed for these dr’s that i have never even met. they are committing insurance fraud and could not care less about their patients, as long as they were getting paid. I think the DES should check them out.
