1 /5 Mainette Muniz: The only reason I keep returning to this place is because of Olly, the lady who does my nails; she is great! Some other employees are also sweet and efficient. However, they often double-book appointments and try to place the blame on the customer. Then, they pressure you to get pedicures to make time for your nail appointment. They seem to overwork their staff too.
Today, both I and another lady had appointments, but Mary, who is the rudest person there or simply uneducated, tried to tell us that we didn’t have appointments when it was their mistake for double-booking. This isnt the first time this has happened to me, and it feels intentional, as if they are trying to push you into getting additional services.
I’ve learned my lesson: there are plenty of other places to go!
