1 /5 Nathan Newsome: I went to this church with an open mind. I applied to their so-called free scholarship university. I had two very good friends and a pastor who has known me my entire life take their time to help me through the application process for their so-called free scholarship university. My application was rejected, and when I attempted to inquire not once, but twice of the reasons for rejection⦠I was completely ignored, and no attempts from any of their staff were made to reach out to me, and explain to me the reasons behind the rejection. At first, I was extremely impressed with the attention of detail to the admission process, but as soon as you are rejectedā¦. It is as if you are placed in the dark, and you no longer exist to them. I sincerely did not want to leave a bad review, but for the good that many of those attending are attempting to do to represent the goodness of Christ, the leadership within this church is severely lacking regarding the design of Godly leadership and is missing the mark on many things. In the end, this church turned out to be some thing of what many could call a very well crafted money making building machine. The Senior Pastor is extremly rude to his staff in front of others⦠Maybe he doesnāt intend to come across as such, but more people in love need to approach him and tell him that he needs to change his demeanor towards his staff when he is not happy about something. Church is also not a place to ramble on about a Pastorās personal interest in racing and showing his lap times. In conclusion, I see the good in the people attempting to serve, but this leadership needs adjustment in a manner in which they respect people, and not disregard individuals that donāt align with their business agenda.
