DCT Mom: My time was not respected and comfort was not a priority. Stylist was late, it was 78 degrees when I walked in the small salon and they only turned on the air once the salon was full of people (too much body heat) and several others asked for air to be turned on. The stylist didnt engage at all, so it made for an awkward visit. The color was not as desired- much darker and not at all as what was described- stylist could be new to the profession. The cut, while super easy(-trim the ends) was good,. Prices online are basically false advertising as I was charged over double the online price. I did try 5 times to confirm the price before I went - I called 3 times(no one would answer) and showed up twice to be told the stylist was not the price "should" be close
