1 /5 Tom Burkett: I really do like Dr Yaramo. He seemed to be very caring. His office staff is a total nightmare. They never answer the phones. they do not follow up. If you go in and leave a message they still dont follow up and call you back. They always act as though theyre angry against the patients coming in the door. The last appointment I had I paid in advance and waited, waited, waited and I had to go back to work. So I paid for nothing they are very very rude to talk with. I dont understand why Dr Yaremo doesnt pay attention to these reviews.

1 /5 Robert Foster: I had a colonoscopy and needed to make a follow up appt. Called on a Wednesday and got their machine saying they would be closed Thursday and Friday for training. Called back on the following Monday, same message. Called back on Tuesday, message said they would reopen Wednesday. Called back Wednesday and Thursday and left a message. So far, no return calls!! NOT ACCEPTABLE! I’ve been a patient there for years. Most of the staff is not happy. Looks like it’s time for a New Doc!

1 /5 sharon davis: The Dr is great and takes his time listening to concerns and is great with treatment plan . The STAFF is Horribly .will NOT return a phone call or answer a phone even when it’s time for procedure or medication refill .the waiting room talk is exactly same thing .they all experience the same thing .you have to go into the office to make appointment . It’s because of this I give one star .the dr deserves 5
