Elizabeth Guale: I was admitted in the hospital for heavy growth PA bacteria on my 2nd day of IV antibiotic and Dr. Monge was the Pulmonologist rounding doctor decided to put me on Cipro oral and discontinued my IV antibiotic. My ID doctor was upset of what he ordered. I was very disappointed and mad for the fact that I know my body fully well and he went his way after discussing and disagreeing with his plan. I was hoping that my Pulmonologist was the one rounding in the hospital during stay.

Mary L Harter: This establishment pushes pellet hormone therapy even when less invasive options are available (NOT THAT THEY WILL EVEN MENTION THEM TO YOU). Why would they do that you say? Probably because the pellets they use are from a compounding pharm and *not* FDA approved. This is an OBVIOUS conflict of interest. I would not be surprised if they are putting profits over their patients and pushing the hormone pellets because they are all cash pay and they cut out the pharmacy middle man and are getting non FDA approved pellets at a lower price so they can maximize profits. Take your number and take a seat, they are ready to insert a funnel into your body and drop pellets that are not FDA approved surgically under your skin. Doesnt matter to them that pellet therapy carries the most risk to the patient in comparison to alternative methods of HRT, it lines their pockets more than those methods do so putting you at risk means nothing.

There was also a woman at the lobby desk who was so compassionate, asking if I wanted a warm blanket etc. since I had to sit in the lobby (no room available). She was just really sweet to care and check. No one wants to be in the emergency room but if I had to be those two stood out as really special.

Paul A: This review is not about the doctor. Just had a rude experience with a staff member. I called to clarify lab orders. The person said, with very rude attitude, we were the only one who has issues with the orders. Thats funny cause the patient has never brought in orders from this doctor before. If other labs are not calling to clarify these orders, they are not doing their job correctly. Please do a self check and ask yourself why the attitude for a simple question that benefits your patient. May be youre in the wrong profession.
