1 /5 Tim Bowdoin: Very bad experience with Tire Mart. Recently I had my front end diagnosed on the passenger front side. They said there would be no diagnostic fee. When I talked to the technician he did not know what the problem was. When my car is backing out and I turn to the left the wheel bumps really super bad and the technician said he couldnt duplicate the problem. The wheel is about to fall off almost. When I asked him about the control arm and ball joint he said he wasnt sure. He would not give me a definite answer what was wrong with the car. He said he didnt know. I asked him about the struts. He said it was leaking. The technician said that might be the problem but he didnt know. But the struts will not cause this problem. So my bad was having them replace the control arm and ball joint which I thought might be a shot in the dark. That was my bad. When I called them back, they said they had replaced the control arm but not the ball joint when I was told the ball joint would be replaced. My advice is go somewhere else.
