1 /5 Rick: They have an agreement with the insurance companies for their rates, but they file claims at higher amounts. To even it out the cost, they come up with bogas charges to make up the differences. They force the patient to pay those difference. This are very dishonest businesses practices. They also have a high turnover rate with dentist. I tried to get in contact with the office manager, after several attempts and never got a call back.

Finally someone came up and I proceeded to give her my appointment little did I find out there was never an appointment put in even though I have text from them confirming my appointment so then I asked if I can be seen today and all she said was we are short staffed so we can’t do anything for you today but then proceededs to give me a number for garden at coastal dental first i don’t know why I was never scheduled for an appointment and second I took off work and took a Lyft just to find out I can’t even been seen. Why didn’t I get called or texted saying any of this. The a couple hours later I get another text saying I canceled when I didn’t
