Delevante Demetrius The team at Edgewater Universal Smiles are all my heros! I have had a messed up grill for quite some time; heck they preformed most of my extractions while all my teeth were cracking, breaking and rotting. It wasnt due to a lack of care but rather I was quite sick for a while during my early 20s and it did a job on my teeth. I decided it was time to bite the bullet and i went in to get a consultation on full dentures. I was amazed when the Doctor said, "You dont want that, you are to young even at 43, I can save every one of these teeth except two and restore your your smile to its former glory." I was, quite honestly shocked at that. So we went over options and how much what would cost and I walked out of there pretty excited that I would have most of my original teeth still in my head and did not have to get dentures. It was quite a lot of work on my next visit. I had to spend 5 hours in the chair having two extractions, two root canals and all my top teeth shaved down to be fitted for crowns that will have bridges for the already missing ones. I had two cavities filled and left with a set of Temp teeth that were created using a rather sophisticated scanning tool so that they look like my actual teeth. The Doctor that did all my work was an amazing woman, she was funny and engaging the entire time and you could tell she loves her work, and boy oh boy did she do a great job! The rest of the staff from the ladies in the front to the ladies that helped with the work while I was in the chair were absolutely fantastic, and every subsequent visit, I am met with warm smiles and friendly demeanor all around. I cannot recommend Universal Smiles Dentistry in Edgewater enough. They will take care of you in every way and they offer honest recommendations but will respect what ever you decide to do and I have no doubt they will provide top notch care no matter which procedure you go with.

Thank you for keeping at it. Very friendly and professional office. I would have done a 4.9 rating if available and not 4 star. Only because I didn’t get swag (toothbrush) and waited for appointment did i lower it.

I dont have time to go several times to the office just to have another appointment, the staff was kind and efficient the office has everything needed to care for the patient. Dr. Farah and Lilly were amazing and empathetic to my individual needs I had 5 teeth removed and graphs done. As you can imagine this wasnt a simple thing to me. However I am glad I came to this office and had what I put off for too long with this group of people. As far as pricing fair, non pushy, flexible I was in the driver seat! ROGUE_PENGUIN Had an appointment for the 29th of January took off work and paid for a Lyft got there 30 mins before my appointment waited in the waiting room for 30 mins with no one coming up to the front to let me check in. Finally someone came up and I proceeded to give her my appointment little did I find out there was never an appointment put in even though I have text from them confirming my appointment so then I asked if I can be seen today and all she said was we are short staffed so we can’t do anything for you today but then proceededs to give me a number for garden at coastal dental first i don’t know why I was never scheduled for an appointment and second I took off work and took a Lyft just to find out I can’t even been seen. Why didn’t I get called or texted saying any of this. The a couple hours later I get another text saying I canceled when I didn’t

Barbie First off, I have to say—I don’t usually enjoy going to the dentist. But I had the pleasure of speaking with Veleka, and she was so welcoming and professional that I immediately felt at ease. The entire staff was great. If you’re looking for a dental office that treats you like family, This Coast Dental is the way to go!

ipo vogel I am currently pregnant, as I mentioned to this office when I first scheduled with them several weeks ago for a cleaning only for next Monday. As such, I am unable to have x-rays taken, but I have no ongoing dental issues and have never had a cavity, and so I only needed a cleaning anyways. They told me then that would be fine, I would just need a note from my OB to skip the x-rays. No big deal, my OB was happy to write a note for them, though they did think it was strange they needed it at all, as x-rays being advised against during pregnancy is well-known. Today, Thursday before my scheduled appointment, they happened to call me because they are overbooked on my appointment day that I have had scheduled for weeks. They told me they needed to reschedule, which I agreed to. I mentioned again at this time that it shouldnt be a super complex appointment as I am pregnant and cant have x-rays anyways, and mentioned I already have my OB note for them. The woman on the phone (she answered as Erica) then asked me what my note said. I conveyed that it advised that x-rays in pregnancy carry risks to the developing baby, particularly in the first trimester as I am, and so they recommend against x-rays unless it is an emergency. She then said unfortunately in that case they cannot see me, because, in a blatant lie, she claimed it is Florida state law that a dental cleaning cannot be performed without x-rays being taken. This is a complete falsehood, there are zero statutes in Florida that require any such thing. While this may be their standard practice, that is absolutely NOT the same thing as a legal requirement. They are trying to make an appeal to the authority of the government to wave off their predatory practice of forcing costly procedures on patients who dont want them, even when the reason they are not wanted is due to well-known dangers associated with exposure to radiation in the first trimester of pregnancy. Given this establishment is willing to lie directly to patients to try to force them into expensive procedures, and have no consistency in their communication regarding their own personal requirement (which resulted in wasting weeks of my time when I could have been working to get scheduled elsewhere) I would recommend anyone to avoid them and find an honest dental practice instead. They also seem to have very little care for patients time either, as calling 3 business days before an appointment that has been scheduled for weeks to inform, not ask, the patient that they need to be rescheduled is pretty inappropriate in my opinion. All around awful practice, take your business anywhere else.

Zack Gold Dr Nguyen at the Titusville Garden St location is standoffish, impatient, and frankly rude. My appointment was cancelled while I was in the chair, after having been numbed, because the doctor wasnt confident in her ability to complete the procedure. She told me that my gag reflex was too strong and that I was too nervous, and that I would need to be sedated. She spend the minutes leading up to her declaration grumbling under her breath about not being able to apply a medication properly? and that its all much easier when the patient is under IV sedation. I assume she didnt think I could hear her, which is weird because her mouth was next to my ear. Ill fully admit that I do not enjoy having dental work done, but once the bite block/tongue guard device was placed: I was fine. DO NOT GO TO COAST DENTAL UNLESS IT IS YOUR LAST RESOURCE. The office staff and techs at this location (and every location Ive been to) have been spectacular. They are genuinely kind and patient people who want the best for the patients. Unfortunately, they are not supported well enough by the doctors that work there or by the company that employs them. Its clear that the organization is trying to squeeze every dollar it can out of people who are desperate for dental care, and that that same organization doesnt give its employees enough resources to do their job properly. I have previously greatly enjoyed seeing my dental hygienist because we have fantastic personal rapport but after this experience, I have to take my business elsewhere just as a matter of principle. EDIT: since this appt was unceremoniously cancelled, I have made contact with other Coast Dental offices/employees and they have confirmed to me that I am not the first patient that Dr. Nguyen has disrespected in this or a similar manner. I guess shes good enough to pass her boards and maintain her license, but if you care AT ALL about bedside manner, about the caring nature of your medical professional, about having trust in the person cutting into your body: DO NOT SEE DR. NGUYEN AT COAST DENTAL ON GARDEN STREET IN TITUSVILLE.

But Have almost 800 credit score and could of Payed in cash . But Only thing they asked if I Had My insurance card . Would not go to the one in Titusville Florida. Dont know about the other ones . I will find a Doctor to do what will be the best for me !!! I know it will not be them

Amy Pittman I was having chronic migraines and after a few weeks, I had so much relief and then after a few months, I rarely get migraines anymore. I am going to continue to go for maintenance, but my life has changed for the better because of Dr.Wurzler. He is patient and able to determine a plan of care that actually works!!! Thank you!! SAGE provided all the services under 1 roof, appointments were made with great consideration to time constraints on my part as a caretaker. Sherica Jordan Let me start by stating this is the first yelp review I have ever written. I took both my boys to Dr. Sater, who came highly recommend by a coworker. The office experience and treatment during the visit met all my expectations. My children recieved the care they needed at the time and we even came up with a treatment plan for future visits. However all that changed today when I received a phone call from John who started the conversation out very politely by asking if I had a moment to speak with him concerning my account, I told him I had about five minutes left on my break. He proceeded to inform me that I had an outstanding balance of $85, which I was unaware of because I paid what I was told my portion of the service were for the visit, which left me with a $0 balance. John explained that was an estimate given based on the insurance. Understood. John claimed they had been sending me invoices for "months." I explained I had not received the invoices, can we verify the address on file? This is when the conversation took a turn for the worse. Once I verified the address they have on file is correct, Johns tone changed and he begin demanding that I give him a date I can pay, remember Im at work. I told John I could not give him a date and that my break was over so I was ending the call. Well John decided to call me back, which upset me. I explained to John how upsetting him immediately calling me back made me after I had already told him I my break was over. I also informed John it would be unfortunate for me to have to find a new dentist because of how he was behaving, he did not seem to care, he had to finish telling me what he wanted to right then and there. He told me this was his "Final" call (which was the first call from him or anyone in his office) and my $85 balance would be sent to collections. I told him to do whatever he felt necessary. I called back to speak with the Office Manager, it was at this point John informed me he, is the office manager (so unfortunate). I explained to him I had just spoken with someone from his office a few weeks ago to receive an updated copy of the treatment plan and she never mentioned I had an outstanding balance. His response was he does not know why I was not during that call. I told him I did not appreciate how he spoke with me, he said the same and told me he "matches energy" I told him I would no longer be using that office(along with a few other explicit choice of words) and for him to not contact me again. Well John could not let it end with that he made sure to send me a lengthy "follow up" text about how me ending the phone calls with him would not be tolerated moving forward. He does not have to worry about moving forward because I refuse to spend my hard earned money with this practice due to the negative interaction I had with him. John allowed his ego to ruin future business for Dr. Sater. All John had to do was allow me to get back with his office, which I had to do anyway to schedule the upcoming services, but John just could not let me have the last say. Not to mentioned I just referred a friend to this office yesterday, needless to say I called her back and told her to find another dentist.

The staff are helpful and polite when dealing with any issue. Ive recommended them to several of my friends who have kids.

Liz F Praise God for directing me to Dr. Tran and his dental practice. My adult child has severe special needs and wheelchair bound. At my first visit I was a little apprehensive, because of the older building and lack of handicapped parking but Im happy I decided to take him. Dr. Tran and his technician Lisa did a wonderful job and were very compassionate and caring. My son has a tonic bite and is unable to follow verbal command but with Gods direction they were able to get his teeth clean and my son did not have any issues. He was happy the entire time. They made accommodations for his wheelchair in the back, the lobby is small but beautiful, so its quite difficult to have more than one handicapped accessible chair inside. The receptionist, I am so bad with names, she was lovely and very helpful. It was refreshing to walk into an office where everyone is smiling and so attentive. Lisa, the hygienist was wonderful and Dr. Tran is great. So I would definitely recommend them especially to my community of patents caring for children and adults with special needs. Thank you to everyone at My Island Dental for a wonderful appointment and being so caring.

The dental assistant hurt me terribly doing x-rays. The dentist came to finish them painlessly. For a "new" dentist, good luck. Ill never say anything good about this place.

I didnt order dentures - we just started the process so I could use my $2000.00 2024 insurance. Liars on top of cheats. Stay away. Im not the only one complaining.
