Bridget Szymanski: Joe & the team at Victory Automotive were AMAZING!! I moved my son to St Petersburg from Buffalo, NY in his 2010 Jeep Wrangler, his prize possession. Two days after we arrived it wouldn’t start. I had it towed to Victory because it is a AAA recommended shop. I know nothing about vehicles. Joe & the team worked on it the day before a long holiday weekend. My son was starting a new job soon and I was flying back home that Saturday. I was worried about leaving him without a vehicle. They diagnosed the problem, walked me through every issue, and had it back on the road that same day. I can go home with peace of mind knowing the jeep is in great shape and that we now have an excellent, dependable, honest shop to go to for any future issues. I highly recommend this shop! Sam was amazing, he managed to fix my car issues in a couple of hours and went out of his way to fit me in as I was leaving for a trip in a few days. Not to mention that every single person (customers included) that I interacted with there was so kind and personable. The prices were more than fair and he went above and beyond to figure out the problems my car was having and a solution to them. I have been looking for a trustworthy mechanic in St. Pete forever and I am happy to be supporting this local business.
