2 /5 Erin S: Drs. are good but customer service is terrible. Every time I call, Im "caller number 27" or more, and theres no call-back option. Ive been trying to get an email to join the portal for 6 months and cant get any resolution. They just keep saying, "You should get an email." But when I dont, nobody is there to help, which makes communication with the provider more than difficult, despite numerous chronic conditions that need to be coordinated with other providers. I even emailed TMH to ask IT to get in touch and provide some assistance. I havent heard from anyone. Very disappointed. Seems communication is not a priority for this practice.
