From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and organized the office was. The staff members were exceptionally helpful and friendly, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Dr. Kelvin was professional and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. Its clear that they prioritize patient care here. I was horrified at first but the staff was welcoming and professional, and Dr. Kelvin explained every step of the procedure, making me feel completely at ease. The procedure itself was quick and surprisingly pain-free I never believed this but I mean literally pain free. He has a magic touch, thanks to the expert care and attention to detail. Aftercare instructions were clear, and I had minimal swelling or discomfort, which I appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Kelvin for anyone needing oral care. Truly a five-star experience!
