1 /5 John Knudsen: Dr Yun saw my daughter today and he is very rude. He never introduced himself when he walked into the room but first started out with she is fat and needs to lose some weight. My daughter went to see him for bladder infection and sinus infection. It would almost think she was going there for a weight-loss clinic. Having the Doctor stay on task was a little difficult as he was only focused on commenting on her weight. He should be ashamed to call himself a physician. We now have removed our family from TCCH.

When you miss the appointment they call immediately asking why you didnt show then bill you 50.00 for being a no-show. Bad business, if you can call me to ask why I didnt show you could have called me the day before to confirm the appointment. I work in a medical facility, we confirm all of our appointments.

Also leaving me in a room or waiting well over an hour just to get results had me feeling invisible. Very flexible also...during Dorian and Irma he saw patients early to ensure they were taken care of during the storms and had their medication. Its (unfortunately) rare to see that in the health care field today. His nurse Holly is also very knowledgeable, caring and runs the office, schedule and patients very smoothly. Steven W: Extremely Frustrating and Unprofessional Office Staff I’ve never experienced such incompetence and disregard for patient care in any medical office. My doctor prescribed me a medication three weeks ago, but due to the utter ineptitude of the office staff, I have yet to receive it. Despite calling daily, they either send the wrong documentation to my insurance provider or simply ignore my requests altogether. It’s shocking that a medical office could be so indifferent to a patient’s health and well-being. Every time I call, I get empty promises, and after three weeks of excuses, I still don’t have the medication I desperately need. Either through laziness or complete lack of professionalism, this office staff has made what should be a simple process an absolute nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone to reconsider if you are thinking of choosing this practice. They clearly don’t value their patients or prioritize getting them the care they need.
