5 /5 David Lancaster: While driving down the road this morning, I heard a noise from under the hood of my 2004 Mercedes E500 Wagon. A red battery warning light appeared on the dash, and the steering wheel became difficult to turn.
Luckily I was only a few blocks away from Twill Auto Service. The team at Twill was able to quickly diagnose the issue (a faulty/broken serpentine belt tensioner pulley) and got my car in the shop quickly.
They replaced only what was needed to get me back on the road and advised me of what would need to be repaired in the near future. The job was done quickly and the cost was reasonable.
Although this was my first time at Twill, the friendly service I received made it feel like I had been a long time repeat customer.
