5 /5 Amy Siembida: I can not say enough about my experience with John and his company. I live in Fairhope, AL and was 10 miles from Pensacola Airport when my battery light came on. I went to O’Reilly Auto and the diagnostic indicated it was my alternator. My car would have stopped working had I not gotten a new alternator and it was 3 PM on a Sunday. I called Firestone. PepBoys, and every other mobile service that I could find and it wasn’t going to happen. Not to mention a terrible rain storm was coming on. When I called Two Step Auto… I explained the situation and rain is now coming down in buckets. John said he was 20 minutes away, knew I couldn’t drive to his business and knowing that I was from out of town said he would come do it if I had a covered area. I suggested Sam’s Club gas pumps next door to O’Reilly. He promptly came to Sam’s and it was the WORST weather conditions you could imagine. Employeeds of Sam’s didn’t care that we were trying to fix an alternator in the rain, nor would they assist with a flashlight, let us pull onto an EMPTY tire service area for safety and light. It looked as if the flooding would possible approach us. John worked so hard to get the alternator fixed, was professional, helpful, kind and knew exactly what needed to happen. I wish I lived in Pensacola to have all my service work done here. I may drive the hour when I need it done. He saved me from a dangerous situation and my car is working perfectly. Turns out he use to work on Lexus vehicles and knew everything. It was a breath of fresh air to work with him. I am safely home, and his prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. I will post pictures I took of the dangerous situation as he was working so hard to ensure my safety.
