They got it done faster than expected and their customer service was spot on. Wendy in the front office was amazing and super helpful. I hope I dont need a body shop again, but if I do, Im coming to Cooks!

Justin Born So, I have no animosity towards cooks whatsoever. My car was recently brought here and was totaled out by my insurance company. It was the right decision though. Brad Hayden Pep Boys in Pace gave me incorrect info on what could have been the issue of a loud vibration that sounded like a bad tire. Tires were fine and stated the driver rear cv axle is loose and maybe rear differential needs to be replaced. My wife Mindy and I brought it to Florida Stores Firestone 6715 Caroline St in Milton. We gave the info of possible bad cv axle and I thought maybe a bad wheel bearing. Dan was the mechanic and found both rear wheel bearings bad. One was so bad he said he would not let his own wife drive that vehicle. It was fixed earlier than expected and a great price. It makes a difference when your mechanic knows how to properly troubleshoot instead of guessing. I will return if needed. Dan and the staff were great. The vibration sound is gone. Thank You.

Bethe Tucker After many weeks and several other automotive shops, literally, Pattersons diagnosed a crack in the radiator. Apparently this crack in the radiator was in hiding from the other 2 shops I took my car to previously. The bright side. Car is running good now. Thanks to the other 2 shops I have a new heating core installed (previous shops diagnosis) read $$$$$. Along with new radiator cap replaced along with "coolant repair". $$$ So thankful Pattersons is an honest business.

Kevin Funes I got a Uhaul and car tow. The gentleman who serviced me was helpful and kind. He assisted in the set up and guided me to have my car on the tow. I greatly appreciated his help.

Steven Bassen Update 2: My C pillar developed cracks in the sheet metal and I had water intrusion in my trunk. I had another shop fix it. The owner did the right thing and was helpful in getting it paid for. Update 1: My insurance denied the supplemental but the shop is making things right. Overall, the repair was done decently, however they missed a few things such as a missing fender liner plug, primer overspray on the trunk, gunk on the bumper reflector, and scuffs on the taillight. Not a huge deal by themselves and theyve agreed to fix those issues. BUT BEWARE: They had to remove my back glass and side glass and they damaged them both and also put a large scratch in the paint along the trunk lid during the process of removing the glass. They also severely cut up a window seal in the process. My rear defroster also isnt working right anymore. When asked about those issues their response was their glass guy said "it is impossible to remove glass without damaging them. If I want them fixed, I need to tell my insurance I am unhappy with the repair and ask for a supplemental claim to replace both pieces of glass." So now Im waiting for my insurance to get back to me. So, if youre getting your vehicle repaired here, know that if they remove any glass, it will get damaged and reinstalled. And insurance doesnt cover tint so you will have to pay for that out of pocket.

Cody Williams Sean is about as stand up as they come. All the guys and gals here have high integrity which is hard to find now a days. Dealt with my car that I know was an absolute pain for them but stuck it out and it looks great. Couldn’t be happier and will get my referrals. Thank you guys.

Nikki Kellum Got my tires replaced quickly !! Called night before just 30 mins before close ( my tire was leaking air) and spoke to Jeffery , he made me an appointment for next day at 2pm! Ordered my 4 new tires and got them in on time . They had my car on the racks at 2pm and I was in and out in a reasonable time. All three guys I talked to were super friendly ( Jeffery,Steve and Austin !! ) I will defiantly recommend them for tires in future . Thanks guys for the friendly quick service !!

Mark Gilmore My wife was driving home last week around 5:15 and had a major issue with a tire. I was able to get her spare on and get her on her way to our home in Milton with the understanding she would go straight to Pep Boys and get the tire repaired or replaced as she has to drove from Milton to Pensacola each day. She called and was told they closed at 7. It was not 6 yet and she told them she was on her way. They stopped her and told her she needed to try on another day. We have done a lot of business there over the years and that was the wrong answer. She could not wait another day. Instead she called the Pace location and they told her to come on and had her in and her with a repaired tire in 30 minutes. 5 stars to Pace and 0 stars to Milton. Very disappointed in the service at the Milton location lately and this was the proverbial straw that broke the camels back.

Summer Belk HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! the sweetest guy and very smart in this business! We traveled from MS to Pensacola for a day trip and the belt broke on my car! He came bought the belt himself fixed it and got us home safely!! At no charge!!! Definitely recommend John for any and all mechanical needs in the area!

Its clear this mechanic has deep knowledge of the vehicles he services. Despite my initial worry about being in the way while waiting for my car, it wasnt an issue at all. Highly recommend Two Step!

Ellen Richardson Jeremy was very courteous. Though very busy was able to take in my sister-in-laws truck to check what was needed to fix an oil leak, coolant leak, running very rough, and loud. Told me up front it could take some time. End of next day he called me, told me what they had found and gave me an estimate + sales tax. Felt best not to run it as compressors was involved. Parts had to be ordered and because it was an older model, 1993, took some time. Took 7days due to difficulty getting parts in. But the truck is running great and is safe for her to drive. They cost also came in about $150 to $200 less than expected. Highly recommend him. Will be using his services again.

Summer duke I cant recommend G & L Auto enough! Jeremy was super transparent and provided amazing customer service. He really cares about your vehicle. All the mechanics were really nice and worked hard, doing an incredible job. My car was making a terrible noise, and I thought it was the catalytic converter, so I had already bought the part. They were kind enough to install it for me, along with an oil change and the new manifold. You cant beat the prices, and theres nothing in this town that compares to the peace of mind you get from leaving G & L Auto with a safe car.

Tawnya Myers This place is amazing I had a transmission overheating and they were able to figure out my problem and fix it and even did some preventative maintenance and it didnt cost me a arm and a leg and the costumer service is phenomenal! Super friendly!! I had my truck towed there. I didnt even have to show my face and they were super commutative the whole time and I feel like they actually wanted to help me not just make money off of me and that was the best experience for me. I would recommend them to anyone who has transmission issues. Five star this place is amazing!!! Ill never take my truck anywhere else but to Georges transmission for my transmission issues ❤️

Ty Lee Had an issue with my drive shaft and needed the U-joint ring replaced. This mechanic came out quickly, diagnosed the problem on the spot, and got it fixed fast and right the first time. Shawn dobry Ian was fantastic!! A reliable and honest mechanic, something rare to find these days. Was able to diagnose and fix my truck and was able to get out to me very quickly. Communication was great and he responded fast. He also provided me pictures of what was wrong and kept me updated with a timeline of events. Pricing is also very competitive and reasonable, won’t find anything better or faster around town. Definitely keeping his number saved in my phone and already plan to use his services again!!

Ashley Honeycutt James is always super great to deal with. He is quick and super friendly. I have had plenty of oil changes and purchased a full set of tires. One of their guys was even nice enough to swap out wiper blades for me. If I need a quote before I can get work done, he doesnt give me a hard time about it. I will keep coming back here just because of the quality customer service I get. Keep up the great work!

Tiffany Cato I recommend this shop to those who like fast, friendly, honest service. I had a flat tire on my way home Friday and had no spare. I had my vehicle towed to this shop after I contacted James to ensure that they could help me. When I arrived, I knew I wanted to replace two tires and get an oil change. It was late afternoon, and I expected to pick up my car after the weekend. My car was ready on Monday, the work was very reasonably priced, everyone was friendly, and my car was well taken care of. Thank you for your help!

B S When my AC went out, I was having no luck getting in. I had called here, and left a message. They called me back within 30 minutes and was able to get me in right away. The part showed up before I even left and showed me exactly what was wrong. I lucked out not finding anyone else, as Ill only use them for my AC issues from now on. Highly recommend them!

Edward Atabey Had them replace my brake shoes and drums and it happened twice while driving, these folks put brakes on backwards twice in a row and none of them acted like they knew what they were doing, secondly this mistake theyve done put my life at risk both times. Say a prayer going in this place because these folks are shade tree mechanics that obviously doesnt care about taking pride in their work and neither are they safe.

John B Several years ago I had my diesel tractor at the tractor dealership. After a week and several hundred dollars later, my tractor had the same issues. I brought it to Murphy and a few days later it was repaired the correct way. As a matter of fact, it never ran that good when it was new. I highly recommend them for your automotive and diesel needs. Greg Osborn So far, I had stopped in to check to see if they do the work that I need it done. They do so later, I brought my car there. They did do in evaluation. On it they told me what it will need and how much itll cost. I am looking forward to them. Completing the job and getting my car back. I definitely like air conditioning here in Florida. LOL.

Marian We have been using T&A for awhile now for our vehicles. They are great! Helpful and honest! This morning I dropped my car off and wasnt sure how I was going to get back home & the nice man behind the counter offered for a lady there to give me a ride home. I wont give her name for privacys sake but she was incredibly nice, wouldnt take any compensation. So today, I found out not only are they friendly, honest, affordable.... They go above and beyond! Terrence Frech Honest, dependable, hard working young man. Very reasonable service, love the mobile repair! Appears to be very knowledgeable, I had a nagging rode noise on a Toyota Avalon. Thought it was a bearing going bad. Had taken to another shop in Pace that was unable to resolve the problem. I probably would have ended up replacing both rear wheel bearings but Evan immediately identified the problem after we test drove it. Ended up replacing the rear wheel hub. So nice to have our quiet ride restored! Did I mention reasonable prices?

Keith Sartin This is hands down the best quick lube shop Ive found in the area, and I’ve been a loyal customer for years. The technicians are always friendly, professional, and efficient. Don, the owner, is especially fair and attentive. After one of my visits, I experienced an issue with my engine. Don took the matter seriously, promptly assessed the situation, and made sure everything was resolved fairly. The engine has been running perfectly ever since. I truly appreciate the integrity and customer care this shop consistently demonstrates.
