From the moment I arrived until the time I was discharged, the entire team made me feel safe, supported, and truly cared for.A special thank you to Jessica, Jacqueline, Dr. James, and Monica—your kindness, professionalism, and dedication made my experience unforgettable. Jessica and Jacqueline were so compassionate and attentive, always ensuring I was comfortable. Dr. James provided exceptional medical care, guiding me through the process with expertise and reassurance. Monica’s warmth and encouragement made all the difference during my stay.The entire staff went above and beyond to make my delivery a smooth and joyful experience. I’m beyond grateful for the care my baby and I received Without forget delicious food . Thank you for everything! I highly recommend this hospital to any expecting parent—it’s truly a place of excellence.

5 /5 Lilani Balasuriya: Dr.Lopez who conducted my stress test was patient, thoughtful and informative. He had the time for me and his humor kept me motivated. Nurse Ana made me welcome with her cheerful presence and was extremely thoughtful about my well being. I highly recommend this team.

1 /5 Denise Otero: This is where my dad took his last breath, and where his hope for living, was destroyed by Dr. Giselle Castaneira she has poor bedside manner’s If you love your love ones, don’t go here !!!! They do have excellent loving nurses, and I can actually tell you Dr. Cooper was very compassionate and caring but the rest I’d rather not name after three weeks in that hospital my daddy never came home. He was placed on hospice while he was there and he’s slowly was put to sleep to sleep.

1 /5 Ivan: Evs I am here to show someone who was wrongly accused by Director and supervisor. First they said that he took a break for more than 45 minutes because we always eat together and we always eat 45 to clarify his name. Second, the supervisor went to check on the Work person for less than 30 minutes 10 times in a row, that was harassment, I was so tired that he defended himself. I cant do everything quickly, Im a human and the supervisor argued with him and told him, he has to clean better as a third insult. The day before, the supervisor came into the OR and took a long time. Later, when he finished checking or what he heard, he came out smiling like Frame on employ, and I have a photo that he sent me that is proof that he did a good job the supervisor and the Director is somebody they don’t like they frame him and throw you out like trash they not let you show proof are you innocent like you show your innocent and This photo was the day Before he got fire

5 /5 Dave Camous: Visited UCF Lake Nona Hospital for a nuclear medicine test. Even though the facility is 4 years old, it looks like it could have just opened yesterday. The check-in and waiting area is very comfortable. The registration procedure was quick, as they brought me a tablet to easily answer all their questions and sign on the tablet, where necessary. Moments after I finished, Alonzo (I hope I remember his name right), the nuclear tech, came out to get me prepared for the test by setting me up with the tracer. He was professional and kind, and an easy guy to talk to. After that had run through my system for 30 minutes, Ana came and retrieved me and hooked me up for the EKG. They were so efficient that we were so far ahead of schedule that we needed to await the doctors arrival for the appointed test time. He came on right on queue, and the whole team guided me through the test. My only complaint . . . nothing on the white wall in front of me as I completed the 10 minute stress EKG. Have a heart, guys, put a picture there!! ;-) Overall, an excellent experience with a first-class team.
