2 /5 Kristi Strickland: I have been trying to get my daughter in surgery here for a year. After calling multiple times over several months, I finally got an appointment for a consultation. The appointment itself was great. Customer service personnel was friendly and professional the entire time. My issue is with the lack of communication. When you call, you 98% of the time get sent to voicemail, where it is stated that after leaving your information, you will get a call back within 24 hours. I know there are staffing issues and that sometimes things have to wait until the next day.. Having said that, I have left 4 different messages over the last month with no response!!! I was told I would get a call to schedule surgery in a week. Its now been over a month. My daughter is still in pain, still uncomfortable, with no end in sight. Im disappointed because, as I stated, the appointment and all the employees I encountered were professional and kind, but this is truly unacceptable. My hope in leaving this review is that this situation can be resolved, and my daughter can get what she needs.
