5 /5 Jayde F.: This office was so kind and understanding when we brought my youngest fur baby Nova Lee in for end of life care. The compassionate bed side manner from registration to the techs to the doctor was out of this world and everything me and my boyfriend needed to deal with this process since it was so unexpected. This office even gave me multiple estimates for the process and I didn’t not feel pressured or cheated by the options given to me. 5 /5 info Information: Always a scary experience when you have to take your pet to an emergency clinic… But if that happens, and you’ve gotta do it…This is the one you wanna go. A recent situation with a golden retriever that felt it was necessary to eat a ball of yarn had us very worried about Their digestion. As always, everyone from the reception to the check out was so thoughtful and considerate and kind. Bella is very grateful and she promises not to eat any more yarn.

5 /5 Jessica Hunold: Thank you so much for taking care of our cat, Busch Lite, after she got a hold of my dogs carprofen. I called while on the way after contacting poison control, and the staff immediately guided us in and went over the expected procedures and protocols for her once we were there. After admission, I had called every day around 1am and 1pm to check up on her bloodwork and kidney values, and they always took the time to get back to us on her condition. There was one time they werent able to discuss when I called due to a critical patient at the time, but called us back once they were able. All of the information on her bloodwork, checks, medications, feeding, etc., were sent to me after discharge, and the care she received was very thorough. I was happy to see she even got comfortable enough to be affectionate with the staff, even in an environment that can be very stressful at times. 5 /5 Vanesa Collier: Our 3 year old male cat had a urinary block and needed emergency vet assistance. He was there for 3 days and I can’t even provide the number of times my husband and I called for status updates. They answered each and every call and never made us feel that we were a bother. Every staff member was professional, compassionate, and caring.

5 /5 Kristen Saenger: The entire team at this location is wonderful! Everyone has been friendly and informative during our journey. They took very good care of our sweet Scout while nursing him back to good health. A special shoutout to Kelly! She is the absolute best! Her kindness, compassion and willingness to take my calls and answer my questions (even send pics) while our poor guy was in the hospital overnight for several nights really helped put my heart at ease. I slept better knowing he was in really good hands. Thanks again to an amazing team!
