1 /5 Alex T: Ive been going to Watson Clinic for all of my life and since becoming disabled, theyve told me for years that if I can get on Social Security, then theyll be able to cover everything. I finally get on Social Security, only for Watson Clinic to tell me that they do not accept Medicaid from Social Security. Why tell your patients that Social Security will cover visits/medication if it isnt?

1 /5 Sarina Katriel: Dr Hinsley is nice but we Can never reach her or a nurse. Leave numerous messages on nurse voice mail yet no call backs. Called and spoke with advocate and they reached out to them. Still took two days to call back. When called back they got upset I took daughter off meds yet they didn’t call back for days and she was having severe side effects. We have since cancelled appts and seeing a new neurologist out of Watson clinic yet they continue to call wanting to make appt. And so here I sit yet again for over 30 min on hold and still no answer. Watson clinic is horrible and you’re just a number to them.

1 /5 Tyler Wooldridge: Drove 30 minutes on my lunch break for an appointment only to be told the doctor was an hour behind schedule, due to work I could not sit around for an hour waiting. I rescheduled for 2 months later, called to confirm he was on time before I drove half an hour to the appointment. Confirmed once I arrived (15 minutes before my appointment) the doctor was on time, as I have to take time away from my important job to be here, was told he was on time. It has now been 40 minutes past my appointment time and I am still sitting in the waiting room. Not sure if this facility overbooks their doctors to maximize income or if the doctors do not care about time management. Either way, this is a terrible way to run a business.

1 /5 Michael Stern: What the story with this place? Called to get help for a specific issue they said they treat. She said she doesn’t take my insurance so I asked what insurance is she does take she said there’s a whole list and I can’t read it to you. I asked can you email to me she said no we don’t email. So how am I supposed to know how to get seen? Then she hung up on me. Doesn’t sound like a good way to get new business.

4 /5 Divinely Deedee: Good and Bad. They leave at 12pm on Fridays. I love my Doctor but its hard when Friday is more convenient. I mean if they had like alternating nurses stay on Fridays to answer the phone this would be optimal service.
