Corinne E: I was unsure of my insurance status, but stopped in to Pancare in Marianna by a suggestion from Telehealth for my son. One of the receptionists was nice, but as I was explaining my situation, the other lady rudely interrupted and took control of my inquiry! She abruptly stated out loud that they have two new patients today and can’t take another new patient, and just being really snippy and cold. I was nothing but pleasant, but this lady should not be working with people! My 15 year old said he almost opened his mouth the way she was speaking to me. I will not ever go back there for help. She had a tone and just, she added to my stressful day until I figured out my insurance status and spoke to another receptionist at another office who was kind and actually asked if I was okay! If you can’t handle simple customer service rapport, you shouldn’t have it as a job, especially when the business is about helping people!
