1 /5 Bryan Johnson: I had one of the worse experiences in a doctors office with NP Jennifer. She argued with me because I had two forms of health insurance (totally legig, its called secondary insurance). She then argued with me about needing a transplant coordinator before I can get a referral to a cardiologist and get a colonoscopy. So, I called Fresenius Kidney Care and my Nephrologist and they both confirmed that I need to be cleared by a cardiologist and get a colonoscopy before I meet with a transplant coodinator. Jennifer is a know-it-all but really doesnt know it all. She also never asked how I was feeling or showed any compassion. I had a much more positive experience with a nurse at Cleveland Clinic who was just giving me a pre-surgical check than I got with Jennifer. Jennifer all but kicked me out of the office and told me to come back in 6 weeks, further delaying my clearance for the transplant list. I ended up just doing a tele-health appointment and getting both referrals.
