I have decent ins but she requires up front pay, saying I can then collect from the ins. My husband is an agent so he checked the codes they posted because he recognized the charges for my part are 100% covered. He double checked by calling Humana and yes, the dentist was going to charge me anyway for what should be no cost.
I called the office and suggested that they had perhaps looked at the wrong ins. plan. The woman was rude and with attitude said she would call ins. herself. I didnt hear back. When
I called again after a couple days and asked her to adjust the patient plan amount. She emailed the re-do. Instead of the $1296 up front pay the charge had now risen to $9310. This office definately need to come with a ship load of RED FLAGS.
