Hitzman-Optimist Park - Pensacola Shannon Boone: We love this park. Theres alot of different things to do and areas to be in. Alot of trees and a big cement platform my 9yo likes to dance on. Def our go to park
Pensacola Beach - Pensacola Beach Brandi Smith: Beautiful. Watch out for Escambia County Sheriff, Fire, and EMS. These guys are awesome and take their job seriously to keep their community safe. Great job guy and girls! Obey the flags!
Jungle Hut Road Park - Palm Coast Angie Jamison: Beautiful setting ... Tucked away and frequented by the locals. Not over populated and dog friendly! Restrooms are available too! Dont miss this beach.
Princess Place Preserve - Palm Coast Laura Butler: Very secluded, beautiful place to see wildlife on the water. 1,500 acres of land preserve that is adjacent to approximately 5,000 acres of state land preserve. There is camping, horse back riding, hiking, fishing kayaking and a couple of cabins you rent. It is about 3 miles of dirt road to get to the Princess Place. Not very wheelchair accessible. There are some sidewalks near the Princess Place but the roads and parking areas are not paved. They are dirt or grass.
Washington Oaks Gardens State Park - Palm Coast Abhijeet Acharjee Jeet: Very nice park for a day tour. There are picnic areas inside with nice short trails. The gift shop has some snacks and ice creams. Parking is also nice and seemed plenty. Also the beach at the opposite side is beautiful and much quieter than other famous beaches. The park ticket covers the beach parking s well.
Waterfront Park - Palm Coast A Hernandez: All palm coast parks are e-bike friendly. This park is no different. With its multitude of trails and waterfront views makes for a beautiful ride. Along with an interesting place to charge my scooter.
Old Florida Museum - Palm Coast Scott York: What a fantastic museum! This place has so much to offer. Our school groups enjoy the Spanish Tour, Naive American Tour and the Dirt Detectives tour the most. I love being able to see the farm animals in the Homestead Tour.Lots of education packed into a fun filled day makes a very rewarding field trip.
Bings Landing - Palm Coast Victoria Von: Had an amazing day at Bing’s Landing with my family! The park’s gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway, shaded by massive oaks, were breathtaking. We enjoyed the short trails, perfect for kids, and loved spotting dolphins from the fishing pier. The picnic pavilions and grills were ideal for our lunch, and the playground kept the kids entertained. We also explored the historic Mala Compra Plantation site, which added a cool historical vibe. Clean facilities and a peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect outing. Can’t wait to return for kayaking!
PCAF Turtle Trail: #3 Marc-Sea - Palm Coast J. Ray: Only downside is for the general public. It’s located in a private fl gated community. Beautiful blue turtle. Right in front of the community center on a nice rock display and fountain behind it. Love the blue rock they added. Turtle is in excellent condition.
