5 /5 Jorge Gonzalez: Fixing my car came with unexpected complications, so it took longer than I would have expected to fix it, but this shop definitely went the extra mile, and I am very grateful for what they did. Most other shops would have charged far more for the work that had to get done, and I got very helpful advice for how to prevent some of those problems from happening again. Overall, I have to recommend this shop.

1 /5 Jonathan Hickman: I had several items fixed here that I troubleshooter myself and they installed the part I brought them. But do not have them do work and diagnose any issues. My mothers ac went out and they told her it was her rear evaporater which they replaced but they failed to put the oil back in the system. This cause the condenser and rest of the ac to fail and need replacement. Williams refused to admit fault and we got stuck with an extra $2000 dollar repair bill because of their negligence and incompetence

5 /5 Michele Bernini: Williams Automotive is awesome. My husband had a new Jasper engine installed in his truck when we lived in SE Florida. When we moved to this area there was about 5,000 miles on the engine when it started to smoke. He took his truck to Williams because they are Jasper certified and the engine is under warranty. Even though Jasper was not pleasant to deal with Williams was great. They did an awesome job on his truck. He will be a loyal customer for life. He will never by anything from Jasper again because of the hard time we all went through with them.
