5 /5 Elizabeth Alvarez: First time here. My daughter was referred by Advent Health ER. Despite not having Health Insurance, we were treated with respect. Customer service was great. The staff was professional and courteous. Shout out to Liz and Ashley. And Dr. Archana Shah took her time and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed. Great experience.

1 /5 Kory VanSpeybroeck: Dr. Shah was completely uncaring, did not look at charts for instructions, and consistently exhibited attitude towards me and my situation. Furthermore, this office sent bills to the wrong address for six whole months. I finally received a very past due statement with a threat to send to collections. I paid it over the phone and thought I was done with this place. Apparently not. Two years later, I received a bill for the amount I had previously paid. This is borderline harassment! I would recommend anyone who considers this doctor or this office look elsewhere. It has been a truly horrible and horrendous experience and I hope nobody else has to deal with them like I have.

He suggested that she have weight loss surgery first that my insurance did not cover. We got a second opinion from Dr. Koller who immediately told us he could preform the surgery without a problem. He did an excellent job in repairing her hernia. We are so lucky to have found him. He is very confident and skillful. If you are looking for a qualified and capable surgeon, look no farther. My wife and I are both very grateful to have him as her doctor.

Carl E Creasman Jr: Dr. Durham is a great listener! I’m not a fan of most doctors. Had too many frustrating experiences where either the Doc just brushes aside the issues and you and wants to just move on quickly, or acts like they are guessing, quick answer with some pills as if they plan on you coming back multiple times. Durham listens well. My foot issue is weird and frustrating, but at every moment he’s paying attention. Today we had ordered a new corrective device but when I told him that it wasn’t fitting exactly, still causing discomfort to the foot, he just simply said “well send it back; we need to get this right.”

Matt Peters: In addition to providing great chiropractic service, Orlando Spine & Joint is a warm, friendly practice. Highly recommended. I visit Orlando Spine & Joint a couple of times a month to treat my neck (for herniated disks) and wrists (for carpal tunnel). The office staff and doctors great me with a warm welcome and seem genuinely interested in relieving my pain. Christine and Michelle at the front desk always work with me to set or adjust appoints around my schedule. I never feel rushed to get in or out. Both doctors Deal and Yeomans interact with me like actual person instead of just another body to put back in alignment. Because Ive been visiting regularly for years now, I appreciate that Dr Yeomans still takes the time to re-evaluate me occasionally and changes up the treatment based on my current needs instead of just doing the same thing every visit.

Margarita Diez: Dr Posada is an excellent surgeon, an excellent physician. I was 2 weeks in the hospital for a partial small bowel obstruction. He was visiting me every day, making sure I was taken care of. He was on top of everything. He was the only physician that was putting me in IV, liquid diet, then all liquids and eventually advancing my diet to make sure I was going home tolerating regular food. He’s compassionate, listens, knowledgeable, kind, great bed side manners. He doesn’t do surgery if he doesn’t think it’s safe for you. He performed my son’s surgery in 2018 and it was a success. My son was having severe pain in the middle of the night and I called him. He was very helpful, understanding and kind. I really recommend Dr Posada. He’s excellent!

Leandia Murphy: Unfortunately, my daughter broke her thumb Sunday. I went to the Florida Hospital Centra Care that evening. Due to the type of dislocation in her thumb he did not have the adequate tools to correct so instead of making us go to the ER this same night I was instructed to see an Orthopedic doctor Monday. I was told to call about 8:15am to request a same day appointment. I called the first time no answer. The second time I called I was placed on hold. When the receptionist came back I explained I needed a same day appointment. The girl asked for my insurance I told her she needed the type of plan. Me being flustered I couldnt remember if it was a PPO or HMO plan but I asked either way can I at least schedule and give the info when I come in? She told me no because she wasnt sure if I needed a referral from my daughters primary doctor. Im now frustrated I say no problem let me call the insurance and Ill call back. I call the insurance verify I have an open access plan no referral needed. So I call back the next girl I spoke with name was Ebony I tell her my insurance she continues to take my demographic info. I realize she asks nothing about which type of insurance plan I have but as we continue the call she asks about my daughters injury and when it happened. I tell her last night. She proceeds to tell me I will need to wait 3-5 days for the swelling to go down so I will be wasting my time seeing a doctor today. They wont be able to do anything? I ask her twice you mean to tell me Im supposed to allow a child to wait 5 days with a broken finger? She says yes. I disconnect the call. I called Nemours scheduled an appointment, got my child seen, she was casted the same day! Im so disappointed in Florida Hospital and their service.

Max Ogden: I wont take my dog to this place. It has no parking and next to a very busy bar and restaurant. I ended up having to park in the grass in the line way to get to my appointment, and no handicap parking available. I wouldnt even call it handicap accessible. All the doors are extremely heavy. The nurses were nice and seemed helpful and attentive. The doctor on the other hand, was very short texting someone whilst Im trying to tell her what was wrong. Not caring about my injury. She seemed like she was mad at me. I was on time for my appointmen, so Im not sure what was going on. Again, I wont take my dog to this place. Id stay far, far away. This place should have their medical license pulled.

Lake Baldwin VA Clinic - Orlando

Yolanda: Last time we visited they still had the strict covid-19 restrictions and lab work was completed outside in mobile units. Today it was a pleasure to walk inside the building with proper protocols and see the newly renovated facilities. Positive improvement and the lab section looks great. Wait time was minimal and things were pretty quiet in terms of patient traffic. A bit sad to find the store lacking merchandise but its part of the pandemic aftershocks. Baldwin is doing good.
