Our stylist Jessica is amazing, kind and knowledgeable. She listened to what we were looking for and did exactly that. Jessica even went above and beyond putting my daughters hair in ponytails so she could donate it. She also managed to give my husband an amazing cut that he is super happy with. Thank you, Jessica for such a wonderful experience! We definitely recommend!

5 /5 April Costello: Wonderful staff, great haircut. The atmosphere is fantastic. Callie is incredibly sweet and understanding. I would recommend her to anyone and I return to her regularly after being a person who hasnt had their hair done for over 3 years before seeing her. She does a wonderful job and not once did I feel uncomfortable.

The experience was awesome - Sarah is friendly , very thorough , skilled and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and provided a customised approach focusing on my problem areas . After a hair wash - my hair is much more manageable , frizz free & smooth . Very happy with the end results .

The Strand Salon - Lakeland Debbie McDuffie: I have been here in the past and never had any issues, however, I stopped in yesterday, was there for a bit and no one ever bothered to speak to me and acknowledge I was even there. So I walked out the door and went elsewhere.

SmartStyle Hair Salon Lakeland (North Lakeland) - Lakeland Shaylee Boucher: Great cut but I was overcharged . I was rung up for a shampoo cut and style and I got a basic cut when I went in , I been doing hair for 22 years and Ive even worked for smart styles in Haines city , we got to talking and I didnt pay attention . I just payed my bill. But 40$ to stack the back of my hair . I doubt thats the rate of a basic cut . As a stylist . Im far more informative . And as the manager who rang me up she should have been more attentive . Not a bad review .just disappointment in my own attentiveness really . I should have been paying attention and it cost me money. Easiest 40$ she made that day . Your welcome ! Thank you for a great cut . Ill keep cutting it myself for 40$ though.

End Results A Hair & Nail Salon - Lakeland Ariel: Robin has been doing my hair for nearly 5 years. She is the only stylist who has ever been able to make my hair straight, even in the Florida humidity. She makes it blonde, puts in a keratin treatment, and adds extensions. It looks very natural. The customer service at this salon is incredible. I currently live in Minnesota and still fly to Florida every few months to see Robin. Ill never use another stylist.

Do or Dye - Lakeland Jennifer Bretz: I just moved to this area and have looking for a new sylist. I asked the man who opened the door for a business card. He said they didnt have any. All their stylist are independent and someone could reach out to me. In asking questions about how they choose which stylist would get back to me he was rude said they do not need new business and shut the door abruptly.
