1 /5 brittany casperson: I came in 2 nights ago with my 16 month old to be seen for suspected croup. Myriam Hernandez Larkin was immediately dismissive and short with me. She then said that it is definitely not croup, but she had an ear infection......the next day my gut told me to get a second opinion, and I am currently sitting in the ER with my daughter, who was transferred by ambulance at my providers request, with CROUP! Oh, and NO ear infection. This wasnt just a simple mistake, this is my childs life. This lady shouldnt be practicing medicine!

When I was filling out paperwork my eldest needed to use the restroom and they brought him right back and helped him so I could continue and be with my youngest. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and understanding. Not only did they spend time with my youngest, they also looked at my eldest and gave me suggestions for his care as well. I will definitely recommend to my other friends with children.

1 /5 Jennifer Stys: We have always had great care here previously. However today, 6/18, was not the case. The dr came in a spent 5 minutes with my daughter. She has had a cough, runny nose, and fever for 2 weeks. The dr said it was just allergies. And just kept saying I should follow up as soon as possible. She just simply could not be bothered. If your child is really sick avoid this place. They seem to have lost the great drs like Christine.

Ginger ONeill: Our family is so thankful to have Dr. Obi as my husbands neurologist. He is so knowledgeable, takes time with every patient and genuinely cares about the patient and the family. He is in high demand so we have learned that the time is a not exact but rather a place in line. His office staff works with us and tells us not to come until she calls us to say he will be able to see us soon. This saves us sitting in his office for hours. My husband, the patient loves Dr. Obi and feels it is a "celebration" on the days he has an appointment with him. We are so thankful to have this highly sought out neurologist for my husband and for our familys peace of mind through my husbands illness.

Kathryn Williams: Nicole could not be a better provider. She is so caring and goes above and beyond to ensure that your requests are fulfilled. She is willing to work in conjunction with other providers to see that you are getting the best continuous healthcare. Her bedside manner is top notch. I only wish that she was an obstetrician too so I could have stayed with her throughout my pregnancy. As soon as I was due for my annual after having my child, I went right back to Nicole, because... why would I go to anyone else? Dr. Garas is the physician under whom she practices. Dr. Garas is so knowledgeable and also extremely kind. He wants his patients to be healthy, to have answer, and to be comfortable. Jessica is the nurse I always speak to and she is so fantastic. She always answers my questions and is so prompt. To find a practice with a full team of providers that are so understanding and caring feels like a dream. I would have eagerly gone with Dr. Garas during my pregnancy, but Bartow Regional Medical does not have a maternity ward. BEST OB/GYN TEAM EVER!

The day of visit they sent him away from being seen saying non par insurance but the BAYCARE MEDICARE insurance we have should had been taken. It is against every policy to turn away a patient .. I will be taking this further!!!!
