She was very open and showed me what/why she was doing the cut the way she was. She also double checked with me about getting a blow out because I wasn’t sure at first…. and she was right! LOVE the way the cut feels. My family and I will be going here from now on. ALSO SUCH GOOD PRICING!! Tipped very well because I was so happy with the cut and price (I suggest tipping well because they’re really kind and know what they’re doing!

I am a very pick and hard to please and she did an immaculate job with my tight shrinkage hair. I will be a regular :). She is such a kind soul and really works with you to the most of her ability! I went in with my grandmother and my husbands grandmother and she was so kind and efficient with us all. My husbands grandmother is elderly and barely has any hair but she took her time with her for a few minutes and it made my husbands grandmother so happy that she was at a salon getting treated like back in the days. The kind gesture is very memorable. I had an event on the day and she was very efficient and considerate of my time (even though I was last minute) so she was a trooper 1000/100 service

1 /5 Erica Gorbea: She’s rude, unprofessional and the person that did my hair ruined my hair. I Had an appt with the owner and someone else did my hair. The person was nice but did a horrific job. My hair was falling out in the salon from over bleaching in certain spots. When I told them i was not happy with it the owner immediately began speaking badly in Spanish about me to other clients in the salon not knowing that I speak and understand Spanish. She then blamed it in no toner so I jet her do toner and it got worse . I asked her to just cover the whole thing in black and she told me it would cost me more money. I told her I didn’t want to go in public because It looks so bad and she said it didn’t look that bad! She just kept saying figure out what I’m doing because she’s leaving ! She knew it looked horrible she then tried to charge me 250.00! I told her no and she charged my charge 214.00 for that horrible job. I had to run to my car and out my hair up. I had told her I was going on vacation to please fix it and she didn’t care she just kept making faces and speaking badly about me to the other clients. I have been getting ing the same style and color for over 5 years and it’s always got done perfectly by other Dominican stylists with no problems at all. Today is the next day and my hair was falling out in the shower and it looks even worse. I had to go buy 2 dye kits and cover it all up at 2:00 am and at 9:00pm the next day I was alerted by my credit card company that she charged my card again for 214.00 as a purchase as if I was in the salon!

Not only was it all diff lengths, but the dead ends were terrible. Then I found this gem of a place & could not have been more impressed w/ what was done. I walked out of there feeling beautiful/confident that I found my new hairstylist! We even said we should have done a before & after or no one would believe it. I highly recommend this salon!

She is able to translate your verbal desires into the that just right hairstyle. For her customers she has an online scheduler which is very convenient. The salon is clean and brightly decorated with beautifully painted walls and stylish furnushings. I recently wanted a drastic color and style change and as always she did exactly what I wanted. If your looking for a great salon that makes you feel that its all about you then call Sadie. You will not be disappointed.

She is gentle and knowledgeable and loves to teach her clients how to better take care of their nails while keeping them healthy. Her prices can’t be beat especially for the quality of work that she provides. I drive 2+ hours just to see her because I know I wouldn’t be able to find anyone that would compare to her. The salon is always a good vibe, clean, it’s obvious that the staff are all very close with each other and enjoy working in the salon. HIGHLY recommend.

Ruthy Young Salon - Ocala Candice Sullivan: I brought my own dye. All she had to do was mix it with developer. She used the wrong developer number. The color did not take. She gave me the haircut she wanted to give me. She told me she didn’t shave sides. I tried to make it easy for her so I said to just trim it. I wanted bangs. I did not get bangs. I was charged $61 for a trim!! I am crying because this was supposed to be a treat for myself. I am disgusted! DO NOT GO HERE!!
