5 /5 P M: Being in the hospitality industry myself I know how difficult is to find good and genuine staff. Melanie went above and beyond to make my experience great while the store was very busy. You dont find service like this nowadays. As far as the clothes, I found great pieces for 50% off which was great. Great quality and style. We expect nothing less from a brand like Brooks brothers. Thank you Melanie for being very professional and caring.

5 /5 Elvis Sipe: If you go to this store ask for MELBA. She is amazing, from start to finish. Thoughtful, high fashion IQ, and her attention to detail all describe Melba, beyond being just a kind person. Aside from being an expert in her field and understanding her customers’ needs, her friendly and amiable nature is contagious, bringing a comforting feeling to a shopping experience that can sometimes be pushy in the retail world. One of the grumpy people in management in this store I witnessed should definitely take a page out of Melba’s book- who helped me understand what I was looking for, and lead me to ultimately make my decision to purchase.

1 /5 Justin P: Bought a suit here recently and they wouldn’t accept my return three weeks later claiming that I dry cleaned it. Salesman Mark is eager to tell you about their 60 day return policy if it doesn’t fit right when he wants the sale, but if you bring it back they might make an excuse. I even called earlier in the day to make sure I could return it. Scammy salespeople
