5 /5 Gold Crownz: The line was extremely long due to a lot of holiday shoppers but it moved quickly. I had a cashier named Regina and she was extremely kind. I was having a rough day and her kindness and patience through my own frustration was helpful. I hope she has an amazing holiday.

1 /5 Hali Silvers: I came to the mall specifically looking for swimsuits today, I found 8 that I really loved here at Burlington and asked the Loss Prevention man for a fitting room because he’s always so helpful and he informed me I could only bring in 6 which was fine but when I came out to grab the other 2 a new employee told me I wasn’t allowed to try on swimsuits. I’ve worked in retail many years and while i understand under garments aren’t allowed I’ve NEVER been anywhere you couldn’t try on a swimsuit? Especially since you can’t return them it’s usually encouraged to try them on. I immediately left due to confusing and inconsistent rules the employee made up. I even called the store to double check policies and they said it was completely fine. Luckily I found similar ones for a better price at Ross but i definitely won’t be coming back to this location. And I won’t recommend it.

5 /5 Samuel Calzadilla: I stopped by Burlington recently and had a really good experience. The store was clean and well stocked, and I found some great deals on clothes and home items. The checkout line moved fast and the staff was friendly.

1 /5 Ericka Davis: On February 1, I went to 3 Burlingtons within an hour & a half. I arrived at the North lake store about 10:15 p.m. couldnt find what I needed. I arrived at the Palm Beach Lakes store at 10:30 p.m. upon arrival 2 Spanish ladies were exiting & a Spanish lady was letting them out. She looked at my hubby & I while pulling the door close. I asked her are you closed. She stated yes & proceeded to keep pulling the door to close for locking. While she was doing that I said to her its not 11 p.m. I thought you closed at 11 pm & thats what your door says. She looked at us & locked the door. While walking away we saw another shopper come & they turned around because the doors were locked & they even looked at the door & time stating theyre closed & its not 11 p.m. I wont be shopping at the Tanger Outlet Burlington anymore. So, we drove to Okeechobee Burlington & they were still open. I found what I was looking for. What rudeness from the Palm Beach Lakes store, she didnt offer an explanation & didnt even ask was it something quick that was needed. I work retail & we would all be fired no. 1 for closing early & no. 2 for not taking care of a customer.

1 /5 Dreca Morgan: Wanted to give them 0 star … went there on Black Friday 2025 to buy some household items and when I got home I realized one of the bathroom item was cracked, it can’t be seen with the naked eyes unless you pour water in it and realize it’s leaking. My kids misplaced the receipt so I tried to exchange the item a 12/2/25 and the cashier and the manager she called over was rude even though I brought my credit card that I use to buy the item from to show I purchased it with that card like they can do in Marshalls and Ross.Burlington you need to upgrade your system to accommodate your customers. The cashier that cashed me out on black Friday didn’t ask for my number or email to send a receipt to as they always do. The manager didn’t even offer an exchange or store credit she just walked off. This will not make you the cashier and manager any richer and it will not make me poorer so I left the item there and just walked away then went Ross to repurchase the item.
