1 /5 maria comitto: So very disappointed about my shopping experience today in Chicos - I was purchasing over $300 dollars of merchandise and they wouldnt do a return because it was 4 days over their 60 day policy. Then to top it all off customer service said they would make an exception if the sales manager authorized it and the sales manager just looked at me and said - its over 60 days. So I left - they just lost a very loyal customer.
