Unfortunately, my most recent experience during a return was disappointing. The associate assisting me, Jamie Sublett, came across as abrupt and somewhat dismissive throughout the entire interaction. The tone felt terse and lacked the warmth and helpfulness I’ve come to expect from MAC.
I had to repeatedly ask for clarification and resolution, which made the process feel unnecessarily difficult.
I truly value the MAC brand and would love to continue shopping at the counter. I hope the team receives additional training or support in delivering consistently friendly, patient, and solution-oriented service. Positive interactions and genuine smiles go a long way toward keeping longtime customers coming back.
