5 /5 Barbra Jones: I would just like to come on here and say, I was picking up a T-shirt for my grandson, Tyler. At hip topic and all of the folks were very very nice and friendly.

3 /5 Petiteweekender: The store does have a good selection and usually when I go in, they have a sale going on. They can also price match if there’s a lot of pricey see on their website. What I don’t like about this store is that I ordered online for same-day pick up and I went to the store. They didn’t have my order, even though I chose pick up in store same day. I ended up purchasing the item I needed in store but they said I’d have to wait a few days to cancel the order. A week later they give me a call and say my item is in stock, but I don’t need it anymore. They told me I needed to cancel online or come and store to cancel. The whole ordering online and pick up in store is a bit confusing. FYI, in case you plan to do this. Also, Olivia, the store manager, was very rude and not helpful with addressing my issue.

5 /5 Miah Slater: Definitely one of the best stores!! They always have so many different graphic tees of my favorite band, and the workers are always so nice! Went earlier today and a super nice worker complimented my ghost shirt and necklace and a few minutes later two ghost songs just so happened to play :-)
