2 /5 Lyle Squires: I was looking fir a particular item, coukd not find it, asked Amy the manager fir assistance. She was very rude, acted like she really didnt want to help me, then walked away. Everyone else there may be great, but Amy is not.

4 /5 Laura Jasys: One of the largest Old Navy store Ive been to. Always love the clearance area. Should have asked what was on the upper level, but after an hour of shopping my ride wanted to leave.

4 /5 angelina c: My daughter has tried a dozen places at least and the "Rockstar Super Skinny Short" for her is the best fit with some stretch and it cuts right above the ankle. Honestly the best best fitting & best looking jean Ive seen in a long time! She has at least 5 of them, but they are mid-rise, high rise & extra high-rise but the fit & cut are all the same! ❤❤❤❤

1 /5 Jessica Wadsworth: Visited the Tyrone mall location and was duped by a misleading 50%off jeans sign. When I questioned the cashier about why the jeans rang up full price, her response was very rude and she said the sign was in the wrong spot. I told her they needed to change it because it is misleading to customers. The cashier was very rude and the manager was also very rude in refusing to listen to a paying customer. They have no customer service skills and it’s no wonder why this store is often empty.
