5 /5 RichyG24k: I made an online order to take advantage of $30 express cash and Stephanie, the store manager went completely above and beyond in waiting for the online order to be received in their store system. She did not hesitate at all. Honestly, I was expecting the canned response of “I’m sorry, wait for the email notifying pickup is ready”. Heck no!! Stephanie stopped what she doing and immediately checked the system. She tried a few times and politely asked if I could come back in 10-15 minutes. I came back and still wasn’t in the system. Stephanie then made arrangements to hold my item and she tried once more and the order finally came in. She’s a breathe of fresh air when it comes handling customer service. She’s so patient and understanding. I’m lucky she was working tonight. Thank you Stephanie!!!!
