4 /5 Ariel W.: This is a 15.94 acre strip mall near Glades Road on Federal Hwy in Boca Raton. Built in 1964, there is 65 businesses, The tenant mix is mostly retail/restaurant but there is an office portion at the north end on the second floor. The plaza is anchored by a newer looking Publix. There is also a Pet Supermarket, GNC, H & R Block, McDonalds, and CVS.
I used to come here weekly when my daughter was a few months old and we attended Gymboree classes. After class we would grab a bite at McDonalds with the other moms and babies. Now my daughter is about to graduate with her masters and Gymboree is long gone but I have a lot of good memories of coming here.
I still visit from time to time, most recently to eat Aruns Indian Kitchen. I also plan on checking out the newly opened Eat District Healthy Asian Bowl. This plaza has a good mix of shopping, restaurants, and services. Parking was plentiful and there were some beautiful flowering trees in bloom. As far as strip malls go this one is pretty nice.
